WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to work with Fortune 500 clients, translating business challenges into AI-powered solutions on our enterprise platform. You’ll partner with customers, design end-to-end integrations, and drive value across complex deployments.

Hybrid role across multiple US hubs, with a focus on scalable implementations, clear technical guidance, and collaboration with Product and Engineering to shape future capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical SaaS roles; 3+ years in solutions architecture, consulting, or technical account management.
• Fluent in Python with API experience; design prompts for AI apps.
• Experience architecting solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for diverse audiences.
• Builder mindset with enthusiasm for emerging technologies in generative AI.
• Drive to connect with customers, challenge status quo, and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and own end-to-end implementations.
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform and APIs.
• Translate complex concepts into prescriptive recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap.
• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows for integrations.
• Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within accounts.
