Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to work with enterprise customers, translating complex AI needs into tangible, high-impact applications using WRITER's platform and LLMs. This hybrid role collaborates with product and engineering teams to shape solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will leverage your Python expertise and API know-how to architect scalable deployments, guide customers through the AI landscape, and help expand WRITER’s footprint across Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical SaaS roles with 3+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Deep fluency in Python and extensive experience with APIs for AI applications.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-growing B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and own end-to-end implementations of tailored solutions.
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations across WRITER's platform and APIs.
• Translate technical concepts into prescriptive solution recommendations for diverse audiences, including C-suite leaders.
