Reflection is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate AI research into real-world applications for enterprise customers. You will own the technical strategy and delivery of agentic systems from discovery to production launch.

Join a hands-on team that deploys across hybrid environments, collaborates with research, and helps craft playbooks. You will influence architecture, tooling, and best practices while delivering measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade systems (Python, Typescript).
• Proven track record deploying enterprise software in cloud/hybrid environments using modern DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Deep understanding of ML concepts and hands-on experience with AI stacks including vector databases, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, evaluations, and fine-tuning.
• 3+ years of software engineering delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions (Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, or Applied AI Engineer).
• Demonstrated ability to work in customer-facing environments and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Self-starter with high agency and ownership in fast-paced startup settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Deployment Strategists and Sales to understand enterprise needs, architect solutions, and develop transformative agentic applications.
• Build agentic systems using state-of-the-art models, orchestrating LLM workflows, integrating with enterprise infrastructure, and deploying production systems.
