Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to partner with Fortune 500 customers and architect AI-powered solutions on our enterprise platform. You will translate business needs into scalable, high-impact deployments, working across product and engineering to drive forward AI capabilities.

You will collaborate with large enterprise clients, delivering tailored integrations and robust documentation, while shaping our product roadmap with customer feedback and best practices for successful AI

Qualifications

This role requires 5+ years in technical SaaS roles with 3+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
Strong Python and API fluency, with experience in prompt design and linguistic principles for AI.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own end-to-end implementation.
Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform and APIs.
Translate complex concepts into prescriptive recommendations for customers navigating generative AI.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into roadmaps and innovations.
Develop scalable processes and documentation to accelerate time-to-value for integrations.
Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within key accounts.
