Slack delivery managers will build and deliver programs for Enterprise customers, guiding engagements with AI-enabled delivery and aligning scope and success measures to deliver value across teams and geographies.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program management experience in SaaS
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI
- Strong leadership, energy, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internally
- Experience building relationships with customers and partners
Responsibilities
- Lead engagements through the Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle
- Drive adoption of Slack AI within enterprise programs
- Partner with Enterprise customers to align scope and success measures
- Build senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance
- Continuously improve delivery programs with AI-native practices
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
