Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in solution design, architecture, or technical consulting in SaaS or professional services.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills amid ambiguity and competing requirements.
• Excellent communication translating design decisions to customers and delivery teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with integration patterns and API-based architecture involving Salesforce products.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.
• Evaluate Slack/Slack AI capabilities vs. custom configuration, prioritizing simple viable paths.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and stakeholders to align scope and success metrics.
• Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, functional specs, and configuration workbooks for build.
• Lead design workshops with customer stakeholders and drive validated solutions.
• Identify and surface design risks, resolving them before impact to delivery.
• Improve design practices and reuse patterns, using AI-native tooling to boost efficiency.
• Identify integration points with Salesforce products and design cross-cloud solutions centered on Slack.
• Support post-launch adoption by addressing change management and platform maturity.
