Job summary

Rippling, a San Francisco-based platform unifying HR, IT, and finance, is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead the AI & Data Cloud sales motion. You will own end-to-end deals, from discovery to close, targeting senior stakeholders in large organizations and shaping how AI-driven automation is adopted across back-office functions.

You will collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services, develop strategic account plans, and leverage data cloud capabilities to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing complex SaaS deals with integration and multi-stakeholder implementation.
• Proven track record of internal promotion at a single high-growth company.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup with self-built playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue: manage the full sales cycle for AI & Data Cloud from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and services teams to bridge vision and execution.
• Maintain Salesforce discipline to forecast revenue and hit quotas.
• Develop subject matter expertise on Rippling Data Cloud and AI agents.
• Challenge the status quo and improve existing processes.
