Job summary

Rippling, based in San Francisco, is seeking an AI & Data Cloud Account Executive to drive revenue for Rippling’s Agent Platform. You will own end-to-end cross-sell motion for Data Cloud, Solutions, and AI, engaging with senior stakeholders to move from fragmented systems to a unified, intelligent back-office.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Services, owning a high-velocity, strategic sales process and ensuring successful deployment of AI Agents across customers’

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing complex SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder buy-in.
• Proven internal promotion track record at a high-growth company.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Startup fluency with playbooks creation.

Responsibilities

• Drive full sales cycle for AI & Data Cloud from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with SEs and services to bridge vision and execution.
• Maintain Salesforce discipline to forecast revenue and hit quotas.
• Build expertise on Rippling’s Data Cloud and AI platform.
• Challenge status quo and improve processes.
