Rippling is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive for the AI & Data Cloud to lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close. You will collaborate with SEs and professional services to convert inbound and outbound demand into signed customers, driving adoption of Rippling’s AI-driven data cloud.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years closing complex SaaS deals, a proven promotion track, and thrive in high-velocity environments, with strong stakeholder management. This role is based in the US market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing complex SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Proven track record of internal promotion at a high-growth company.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for AI & Data Cloud from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Maintain Salesforce forecasts and quarterly/monthly quotas.
• Become an expert on Rippling’s Data Cloud and advocate the product.
• Identify and fix process bottlenecks to improve workflow.
