Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing experience selling complex SaaS platforms with integration and multi-stakeholder implementation.
• Clear track record of internal promotion at a high-growth company.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment.
• Prior exposure to Series A–D startups and building own playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue across the full AI & Data Cloud sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, and engineers to bridge vision and execution.
• Maintain Salesforce discipline for accurate forecasting and quotas.
• Become a subject matter expert on Rippling’s Data Cloud and competitive landscape.
• Challenge the status quo and drive process improvements.
