Rippling is seeking an AI & Data Cloud Account Executive to accelerate growth by selling a category-defining platform that unifies data, apps, and AI in one system. You will drive enterprise-level conversations with senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with SEs and services to close multi-stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing complex SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Track record of internal promotion at high-growth companies.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environment with playbook-building.
• Ability to collaborate with SEs, services, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive full sales cycle for AI & Data Cloud from discovery to closing.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge vision and execution.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline with accurate forecasts and quotas.
• Become an expert on Rippling’s Data Cloud and competitive landscape.
• Challenge the status quo; fix processes when needed.
