Rippling is hiring a Mid Market Account Executive for AI & Data Cloud in the US. You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle for our data-driven platform, partnering with SEs and services to turn complex needs into scalable solutions.

You will own revenue growth in high-velocity cycles, build strong executive relationships, and advocate for Rippling’s Data Cloud across industries. Competitive compensation includes On-Target Earnings and equity, with a priority on in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing experience selling complex SaaS platforms with multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Clear track record of internal promotion at a high-growth company.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.
• Ability to build own playbooks in early-stage settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle for AI & Data Cloud.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Maintain Salesforce discipline to forecast revenue and hit quotas.
• Become an expert on Rippling’s Data Cloud and competitive positioning.
• Challenge the status quo and improve processes.
