You will help grow the enterprise customer base and coordinate a smooth handoff to post-sale teams. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage pursuit strategy, maintain CRM records, and surface risks early.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years in complex B2B SaaS sales.
• Record of owning new-business opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with executive engagement and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to discuss AI/automation value credibly to business and tech buyers.
• Strong forecasting, next steps clarity, and risk visibility.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, inbound opportunities, partner relationships, and territory planning.
• Lead complex sales from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Connect customer goals to Zendesk platform and AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships across executive, business, technical, finance, security, and procurement teams.
• Own pursuit strategy, deal progression, and commercial decisions within guidelines.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Marketing, SDR/BDR, partners, and leaders to advance opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts; surface risks early and align buyers on next steps.
• Document customer goals and success conditions to support a smooth handoff and share market insights.
