Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within strategic technology accounts in the United States. You will expand Zendesk’s footprint by selling AI-enabled CX solutions, leading multi-month deals and executive engagements to deliver measurable ROI.

You will build trusted relationships, collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Product teams, and maintain a strong pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud/software B2B sales or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in Enterprise cycles with executive buyers.
• Experience selling AI-enabled CX/automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line revenue by acquiring new Enterprise customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and cross-sell Zendesk solutions.
• Create quarterly territory and account plans to grow market share.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with value-based ROI justifications.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Build C-level relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
