Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers—from initial pilot to production agent handling thousands of conversations daily. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents, and customer-facing work, translating complex problems into tangible business value.

You’ll own the Agent Development Life Cycle, advise enterprise leaders, run working sessions, and steer projects toward launch.

• Run working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-track launches.
• Surface unmet needs to guide product direction with research and platform teams.
