You will own development lifecycle, advise enterprise leaders, partner with customer teams, and feed unmet needs back to research and platform. The role offers strong growth, collaborative culture, and a focus on transforming customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience presenting to executives and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business goals into AI agent design.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents is a plus.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with product strategy and customer-facing work.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production.
- Advise enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy with customers.
- Run sessions with customer teams and keep builds on track.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements for Sierra.
