Job summary

Sierra is recruiting an Agent Strategist to shape how AI agents come to life for customers, from pilot to production handling thousands of conversations daily. You will work at the intersection of product, agents, and customer-facing work while translating business goals into effective agent experiences.

You’ll own the Agent Development Life Cycle, serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, and partner with customer teams to troubleshoot and drive launches forward.

Qualifications

• Customer obsession with understanding business needs and driving outcomes.
• Clear, direct communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking to solve ambiguous problems and manage risks.
• Comfort engaging with technical concepts and evaluating engineering tradeoffs.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production and iteration.
• Act as trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Partner with customer teams daily to troubleshoot and stay on track for launches.
• Influence product direction by surfacing unmet needs from customer work.
