Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to bring our AI agents to life for customers, from initial pilot to production handling thousands of conversations daily. You will bridge product, agents, and customer-facing work while ensuring technology alignment with business needs.

You’ll own end-to-end agent development, advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy, and work closely with customer teams to keep launches on track and continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial technology, or working with financial institutions.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Math or MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate with executives and translate business goals into AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production and iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Partner with customer teams daily, run working sessions and resolve build blockers.
• Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work and feeding them back to research.
