Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to bring Sierra's AI agents to life, from pilot to production, handling thousands of conversations daily. You will work at the intersection of product, agents, and customer-facing work, translating business goals into high-performing agents.

You will partner with enterprise leaders, run sessions, troubleshoot agent issues, and guide product direction with customer-driven insights. Strong communication and financial services experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Customer obsession with understanding customer needs and driving outcomes.
• Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical thinking to solve complex problems and adapt to change quickly.
• Comfort engaging with technical concepts, APIs, data models, and architecture discussions.
• Proven track record delivering multiple high-visibility projects on time.
• Interest or experience in financial services and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production, translating business goals into effective agents.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy for clients.
• Partner with customer teams daily; run sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep builds on track for launch.
• Surface unmet needs from customer work and feed insights back to product teams to guide Sierra's direction.
