Sierra is building AI-powered customer experiences and seeks an Agent Strategist to own the lifecycle of agent development from initial scope to production deployment. You will partner with enterprise leaders, guide conversations, and ensure successful launches while continuously improving agents in production.

The role blends product, engineering, and customer-facing work with a focus on financial services, prompt engineering, and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders.
• Run customer sessions and troubleshoot to keep launches on track.
• Impact product by surfacing unmet needs for research and platform teams.
