Job summary

Sierra is building a platform to enable companies to craft human-centered customer experiences with AI. As an Agent Strategist, you will own the agent development lifecycle, collaborate with enterprise leaders, and drive production-ready AI agents designed for scale.

You will work at the intersection of product and technology, turning complex business problems into high-performing agent solutions while partnering closely with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the end-to-end agent development lifecycle.
• Ability to advise enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Strong collaboration with customer teams and internal partners.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM agents, tooling, and eval frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production launch.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and define AI strategy.
• Partner with customer teams daily; run sessions, troubleshoot, and keep launches on track.
• Directly influence product by surfacing customer needs to research and platform.
