Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to own how AI agents come to life for customers, from pilot to production handling thousands of conversations daily. You’ll work at the intersection of product, technology, and customer success to turn complex problems into effective agent solutions.

You will collaborate with executives, guide business outcomes, and shape the AI strategy while partnering with customer teams to keep projects on track for launch.

• Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical thinking.
• Comfort engaging with technical concepts, API docs, data models, and architecture.

• Interest in Financial Services and improving the customer experience, with familiarity with security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to launch and iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Partner with customer teams day-to-day to keep builds on track for launch.
• Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs to research and platform.
• Define evaluation and quality metrics for new agents and drive outcomes.
