This Agent Strategist role sits at the intersection of product and customer-facing work, guiding scalable AI agents from pilot to production while aligning with enterprise goals and industry standards.
You will own the agent lifecycle, advise executives, and collaborate with product and research to shape Sierra's next-gen agent
Qualifications
- Customer obsession and ability to engage with customers.
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving under ambiguity with analytical skills.
- Technical aptitude to discuss APIs, data models, and system architecture.
- Proven ownership of multiple high-visibility projects.
- Interest in Financial Services and end-customer experience.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production.
- Founder or operator experience at a startup.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production.
- Serve as trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders.
- Run working sessions and troubleshoot agents to stay on track.
- Impact product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work.
