Job summary

Profound is expanding its on-site engagements in NYC, SF, or London. We are seeking an Engagement Manager to drive adoption and success across a portfolio of mid-market customers, delivering strategic consultation and hands-on support to maximize AI search outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations, ongoing engagement, and measurable business results, while building trusted relationships and guiding customers through evolving AI search

Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with mid-market customers to drive strategic outcomes.
Excellent communication skills for presentations and demos.
Self-motivated with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
Able to navigate ambiguous environments.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 45 to 55 mid-market customers.
Own the full customer journey from onboarding through measurable outcomes.
Develop and execute white-glove and scaled strategies for customer health and engagement.
Become an expert in the AI search space and understand how large language models work.
Multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover.
Collaborate with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with goals.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve challenges.
