Job summary

Profound is seeking a Strategic Engagement Manager to oversee a hand-picked portfolio of enterprise customers and act as a senior strategic advisor driving AI search programs. You will navigate escalations, deliver high-value outcomes, and mentor other Engagement Managers, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize customer impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with enterprise or strategic customers to drive high-stakes outcomes
• Proven ability to own complex engagements with multiple stakeholders and executives
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of 5–10 strategic enterprise customers
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding to delivering measurable outcomes on Profound platform
• Lead multi-stakeholder engagements with executive sponsors and align on priorities
• Conduct regular strategic reviews to identify opportunities and mitigate risk across marketing and AI search programs
• Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and coordinate across marketing, operations, product, and executive teams
• Become an expert in AI search strategies grounded in platform data and model behavior
• Mentor Engagement Associates and improve team playbooks and practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges
