Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation efforts across multiple teams and programs within a federal agency environment. You will coach executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters, guiding them through SAFe anchoring, release trains, and DevSecOps practices.

The role emphasizes facilitating PI Planning, building Agile training, and maturing organizational agility while shaping governance and reporting across large IT

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Scaling.
Experience as an organizational change agent across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
Coach executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and others.
Facilitate PI Planning events and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains.
Develop Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
Oversee Agile metrics, maturity assessments, and reporting.
