Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience supporting and executing PI Planning events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and ensure delivery.
• Facilitate workshops to help teams understand Agile principles.
• Provide ongoing coaching support for Agile teams.
