Job summary

Decagon, the leading conversational AI platform, is hiring for an Agent Strategy role in a high-growth environment. You will partner closely with customers to guide deployments, support adoption, and ensure they have the tools and insight to realize meaningful outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer needs, solve challenges, and influence the product roadmap, while building durable relationships with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing large customers and high-visibility projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of GTM sales processes.
• Strong technical acumen; coding not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Agent Strategy function and its operating model.
• Build durable partnerships with customers; act as strategic advisor.
• Guide deployments from scoping to full adoption and value realization.
• Continuously learn product features and AI industry context.
• Communicate with stakeholders from contributors to C-level.
• Identify and support new initiatives to help customers and team.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to inform the roadmap.
