Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role.
- Experience managing large customers and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of GTM sales processes.
- Technical acumen; coding not required.
Responsibilities
- Shape the Agent Strategy function and operating model at Decagon.
- Build meaningful partnerships with customers; act as strategic advisor.
- Co-pilot with customers throughout deployment journey from scoping to value realization.
- Upskill on product features and AI industry context to become an expert in best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives.
- Identify and support new projects to better assist team and customers.
- Collaborate with Agent Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap.
