Job summary

Decagon, a leading conversational AI platform, seeks a senior client-facing leader to own AI transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will define roadmaps, secure executive buy-in, and build end-to-end AI agents that scale across large deployments.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver outcomes, shape product direction, and mentor teams while operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes.
A builder's instinct to design and build the actual solution.
Strong technical acumen for AI agent designs and executive-level conversations.
Executive presence with senior decision-makers at large organizations.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Own the technical win on Decagon's largest strategic opportunities, partnering with Sales and Engineers.
Define and drive AI transformation roadmap with Fortune 500 clients.
Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production.
Turn playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts.
Direct Forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale.
Provide feedback loops to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
