Job summary

Decagon is seeking a technical leader to guide a full-stack product engineering team, shaping a platform that enables customers to build and optimize AI agents. You will work closely with the Agent Software Engineering and Agent PM teams, defining strategy and scalable patterns while collaborating with design and product to drive launches.

You will mentor engineers, set architectural directions, and develop AI-powered tools that empower non-technical teams to create sophisticated workflows

Qualifications

6+ years building full-stack software products.
Experience leading technical direction and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

Drive technical direction for the team, to build an enterprise-ready platform that scales with our customer base and features, by applying the right architectural principles and design patterns.
Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous requirements to shipped products.
Create AI-powered tools that enable non-technical teams to create and manage sophisticated workflows without writing code.
Build monitoring and analytics that surface actionable insights, helping customers identify where their agents can improve.
Partner directly with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
Mentor engineers and elevate team practices through code review, technical design, and knowledge sharing.
