Job summary
Decagon is seeking a Director of Agent Deployment Engineering to lead its technical delivery for strategic enterprise customers, owning outcomes across deployments and building the team, playbooks, and operating system to scale.
You'll partner with customer executives and technical leaders, translating requirements into delivery plans and driving launches that measurably impact customer outcomes. This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role with cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical, customer-facing roles.
- 5+ years in people management.
- Strong API and integration fundamentals.
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions.
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI agent deployments for enterprise clients.
- Hire and grow a high-performing delivery team.
- Define delivery rhythms and capacity planning.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align on goals.
- Develop repeatable playbooks and tooling.
