Job summary

UKG Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell into the Retail & Hospitality space within the Enterprise segment. You will manage few strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and driving multi-million-dollar contracts.

You will employ consultative selling, craft sophisticated strategies, and manage long sales cycles to close net-new logo deals while coordinating with internal partners. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling cloud/SaaS to C-level executives.
• Ability to exceed multi-million dollar quotas.
• Experience closing complex deals over $1M ARR with long sales cycles (>12 months).
• HRMS/Global Payroll domain experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to build and manage a new territory and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and account expansion across enterprise customers.
• Foster executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Coordinate all account communications internally and externally.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for prospects and customers.
• Forecasting and maintaining account notes daily.
