Job summary

UKG is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell into the Retail & Hospitality West, owning key accounts and driving net-new logo growth.

You will apply consultative selling to understand business requirements, engage C-level executives, and close multi-million dollar contracts with UKG solutions.

This role requires up to 50% travel, a proven track record of over $1M ARR deals, and the ability to build strategic, long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of proven success selling cloud/SaaS to C-level executives.
• Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
• 5+ years of experience selling complex deals over $1M in ARR and managing 12+ month sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with enterprise-level accounts and long-term partnerships.
• Foster executive relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to close new UKG customers.
