The Enterprise Account Executive at UKG will focus on selling into the Retail & Hospitality segment in the West. You’ll use consultative selling to understand prospect requirements and position UKG software solutions to meet their objectives.

Expect to manage high-value, multi-year deals, build executive relationships with C-suite leaders, and drive revenue growth. Travel up to 50% is required; base salary is $140,000 annually with a generous incentive plan.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years of proven success selling cloud/SaaS to C-level executives.
• Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
• Experience selling complex deals over $1M in ARR and managing 12+ month cycles.
