UKG is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the Retail & Hospitality West. You will own key, strategic client relationships, selling cloud-based HR and payroll solutions to executive-level stakeholders.

This Hunter role requires 5–7+ years of SaaS experience and the ability to close multi-million-dollar deals. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, executive reviews, and collaboration with partners to maximize revenue across large enterprise

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C-level executives.
• Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
• 5+ years of experience selling complex deals over $1M in ARR over 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Drive significant revenue growth and expand key enterprise accounts.
• Foster executive-level relationships with CIO/CEO/Finance leaders across assigned accounts.
• Craft and execute strategic sales plans addressing industry challenges to close new business.
