Job summary

UKG Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell into the Retail & Hospitality West team, using consultative methods to understand client requirements and map UKG software to objectives.

You will own select strategic accounts in a true hunter role and lead executive engagements. Responsibilities include building C-suite relationships, conducting business reviews, and executing sophisticated sales strategies to win multi-million ARR deals, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling cloud/SaaS to C-level executives.
• Quota attainment of $2M+ annualized.
• Experience closing complex deals over $1M ARR over 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise growth across multi-million-dollar contracts and long-term partnerships.
• Foster executive relationships with key decision-makers and conduct onsite business reviews.
• Craft and execute strategic sales plans addressing industry challenges to close new customers.
