Job summary

Infisical is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to grow the customer base and close net-new logos for our platform. You will be the first AE in the DACH region, helping Infisical scale its open-source security stack for the AI era.

You’ll sell to a technical audience, manage enterprise accounts, and collaborate with engineering to align customer requirements and timelines. The role is primarily remote with opportunities for in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience selling software to technical buyers.
• Experience scaling sales operations from the ground up.
• Ability to craft compelling cases for change.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate Infisical to prospects.
• Develop, manage, and close enterprise accounts in DACH.
• Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with engineering to define customer requirements.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Map, prospect, follow, and close accounts using sales tools.
