Cast AI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a robust pipeline in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will source and manage complex enterprise deals, forecast confidently, and drive value with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and FinOps leaders.

You will map stakeholders, lead value discovery, and demonstrate the platform ROI, building champions across IT and Procurement while shaping our US GTM and ensuring long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Senior-level enterprise sales experience selling cloud SaaS or DevOps tools.
• Track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework.

Responsibilities

• Owns and builds pipeline across the Bay Area territory.
• Leads multi-threaded enterprise deals from intro to close with accurate forecasting.
• ConductsOpportunity Assessments to identify quality opportunities.
• Leads Value Discovery and demonstrates platform ROI to stakeholders.
• Navigates stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Finance, and Procurement to align value.
• Ensures Value Delivery through implementation and post-sale measurement.
