Job summary

Cast AI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive cloud SaaS sales from Milwaukee and beyond. You will own and source a sustainable pipeline, lead value discovery, and demonstrate the business ROI of Cast AI’s autonomous infrastructure solutions to CTOs, VP Eng, and FinOps teams.

You will navigate multi-threaded deals, build executive-level proposals, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to close strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise account executive experience.
• 4+ years using MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification.
• Ability to navigate multi-threaded deals with CTOs/VP Eng/FinOps.
• Translate complex cloud products into clear ROI narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own and source sustainable pipeline coverage.
• Conduct Opportunity Assessments to identify viable opportunities.
• Engage in Value Discovery and demonstrate value of Cast AI offerings.
• Ensure Value Delivery through implementation and measurement of results.
• Map stakeholders and align them across IT, Finance, and Procurement.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
