Cast AI, a cloud-native automation company, seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic deals in the North Central region and beyond. You will own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and articulate the business value of Cast AI’s platform to CTOs, VP Engineering, and FinOps leaders.

This remote-first role emphasizes rigorous pipeline hygiene, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the enterprise segment.
• 4+ years with MEDDPICC or any sales qualification methodology.
• Proven ability to navigate multi-threaded deals with CTOs, VP Engineering, and FinOps leaders.
• Ability to translate complex cloud/DevOps products into clear ROI narratives.
• Strong collaboration with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and source sustainable pipeline coverage.
• Conduct Opportunity Assessments to identify viable opportunities.
• Engage in Value Discovery to align solutions with client needs.
• Ensure Value Delivery through implementation and results measurement.
• Map and align stakeholders, close and forecast to plan.
