Job summary

Footprint is seeking an Enterprise Seller to bring the Percy platform to market at scale across banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and regulated financial institutions. You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, build executive relationships, and shape the playbook as the category is evolving.

You'll work with BSA/AML teams, compliance leaders, and operations executives to quantify pain, run proof-of-value engagements, and demonstrate measurable improvements over current processes.

Qualifications

• Sold B2B software with a proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling to banks, fintechs, or regulated financials.
• Strong track record building executive relationships and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across banks, fintechs, and regulated institutions.
• Identify high-friction workflows and quantify business impact.
• Run proof-of-value engagements and present measurable results.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with product/engineering.
• Build a scalable outbound approach and expand into new accounts.
• Travel ~20% to meet customers and attend events.
