Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Account Development Representative to kick off a career in SaaS sales. You’ll lead prospecting, map enterprise accounts, and build demand for the full Samsara product line. Successful ADRs earn accelerated commissions and have a clear path to closing roles.

This hybrid role is open to candidates in Atlanta, GA and the Phoenix Metro Area, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You’ll work alongside top executives to learn and grow quickly.

Qualifications

• Make 50 cold calls per day.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience or related coursework.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for leads and map enterprise accounts.
• Build demand for Samsara’s full line of products.
• Position for promotion into closing roles and work with senior executives.
