Legora is seeking a seasoned professional to bridge in-house legal teams with product and AI-driven workflows. You’ll partner with general counsels, legal ops leaders, and business executives to drive adoption and measurable value from Legora’s platform.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, change management, and practical deployment of technology in complex legal environments across global customers.

Qualifications

• Have a background in law, with in-house experience.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy; comfortable with AI and tech conversations.
• Strong cross-functional communication across GCs, business leaders, and engineers.
• Bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Understand evaluating processes and leveraging new technologies.
• Proactive, self-directed with multiple client relationships.
• Value quality and delivery over perfection.
• Understand commercial realities and strategic partnership.

Responsibilities

• Act as thought partner to General Counsels and Legal Ops.
• Own client relationships from pilots to department-wide adoption.
• Advise product teams with insights from legal ops and compliance.
• Deliver clear product demos and training.
• Document best practices and help scale playbooks.
• Explain ROI and impact of AI across functions.
