Qualifications

• Hold a law degree (JD or equivalent) with 3+ years in private funds or M&A.
• Experience with fund formation, side letters, and regulatory reviews.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy; able to discuss AI and tech implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to general counsel and chief compliance officers, building trusted relationships.
• Own client relationships from pilots to onboarding and drive firm-wide adoption.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to general counsels and funds partners.
• Capture insights from clients to inform product roadmap and playbooks.
