Job summary

RTX Adoption Enablement Leader role within Enterprise Services. Hybrid role with travel up to 25% across major programs; responsible for adoption roadmaps, playbooks, journey maps, and standards to drive readiness and business outcomes. Collaborates with PM, Change Management, Communications, and SMEs to embed adoption in program planning.

The leader coaches teams, defines readiness checkpoints, and guides cross-program impacts to enable scalable adoption across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Program Management, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Change Lead, Adoption Lead, Business Readiness Lead, or similar-type role.
• 5+ years leading or supporting large-scale organizational change efforts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM, Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education, and SMEs to embed adoption execution into program planning.
• Develop adoption roadmaps aligned to milestones and organizational readiness.
• Create and maintain adoption playbooks and templates across Business Solutions.
• Communicate Adoption Readiness to leadership at various levels.
• Define cross-program interdependencies and readiness checkpoints.
• Provide adoption guidance and tools; ensure ownership for executing the change.
• Support readiness assessments, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
• Monitor adoption progress and elevate risks or patterns.
• Build adoption capability across teams through coaching and continuous improvement.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations to enable adoption.
• Teach and coach project teams on adoption frameworks and practices.
