Job summary

RTX is seeking an Adoption Enablement Leader to drive successful adoption of major transformations across Enterprise Services. You will build adoption roadmaps, playbooks, journey maps, and standards to guide program teams, service owners, and SMEs toward measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with PM, Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education, and other stakeholders to embed adoption into the program lifecycle and ensure execution remains with the teams delivering the

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Program Management, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years experience as a Change Lead, Adoption Lead, Business Readiness Lead, or similar-type role
• 5+ years leading or supporting large-scale organizational change efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into action
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Resilient and tenacious, able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Highly organized with planning, structure, and tactical follow-through
• Ability to influence without authority and guide teams through structured adoption practices
• Strong facilitator capable of driving alignment and readiness discussions
• Excellent collaboration skills across multiple areas to ensure strong alignment
• Strategic thinker with an enterprise mindset and strong understanding of end-to-end impacts
• Analytical problem-solver with the ability to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions

Responsibilities

• Embed adoption execution into program planning with PM, Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education teams
• Develop adoption roadmaps aligned to milestones and organizational readiness
• Create and maintain adoption playbooks and templates
• Communicate adoption readiness to leadership at various levels
• Define cross-program interdependencies and readiness checkpoints
• Provide adoption guidance and tools; ensure ownership remains with project teams
• Support readiness assessments, risk identification, and mitigation planning
• Monitor adoption progress and elevate risks or patterns
• Build adoption capability across teams through coaching and continuous improvement
• Assess impacts across user personas and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Teach and coach teams on adoption frameworks to enable repeatable execution
• Travel up to 25%
