Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking an Adoption Enablement Leader to develop adoption roadmaps, playbooks, and readiness frameworks across major programs. You will partner with PM, Change Management, Communications, and Education teams to drive readiness and sustainment for transformational initiatives.

The role emphasizes coaching teams, building internal capability, and ensuring adoption is embedded in program planning. It is a hybrid position based in Richardson, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading or supporting large-scale organizational change efforts.
• 5+ years experience as a Change Lead, Adoption Lead, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Embed adoption execution into program planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop adoption roadmaps aligned to milestones and readiness.
• Create and maintain adoption playbooks and templates.
• Communicate Adoption Readiness to leadership across programs.
