RTX is seeking an Agile Transformation Leader to drive the enterprise Agile transformation across ARTs and Solution Trains. You will own the transformation backlog, define governance, and align leadership to SAFe practices, adapting them to RTX’s environment.

Qualifications

SAFe SPC certification is required.
10+ years of progressive Agile/Lean experience with enterprise transformation leadership.
Experience launching or scaling ARTs or Solution Trains at scale.
Ability to design and implement Agile governance, readiness, and operating rhythms.
Strong ability to translate transformation objectives into actionable roadmaps.

Responsabilités

Lead enterprise Agile transformation backlog, OKRs, and multi-year roadmap.
Define readiness, governance, and adoption mechanisms for ARTs and Solution Trains.
Adapt SAFe to RTX’s operating environment using ASPC expertise.
Identify and resolve cross-team impediments to improve flow and transparency.
Coach senior leaders and Scrum Masters to strengthen Agile leadership and governance.
