You will own issues and drive timely, complete resolutions with cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Own and resolve customer inquiries independently within guidelines.

• Ensure billing, shipping, payment details and contact information are accurate.
• Process quotes, bids and purchase orders in the ordering system.
